Our mission is to provide a full range of products and services for the model train and radio control (R/C) enthusiasts.
The Antique Barn and Hobby Shop is owned and operated by the The Antique Barn, Inc. Opened in 1965 as an antique shop, the business has evolved over the years into a full service hobby shop. Our primary focus today is the sale and service of model trains (all scales), radio control cars, boats, helicopters, and planes.
We are located at the corner of Forest Hills Road and Downing Street in Wilson, North Carolina.
Train Department. We stock all types of accessories for the train modeler including train sets, individual engines and cars, scenery, repair and replacement parts, etc. We also have a large selection of collector items for the really serious modeler.
Radio Control Department. Our radio control department stocks a complete supply of ready to run vehicles, planes, boats, and helicopters as well as kits, repair and replacement parts, balsa wood, fuel, tires, engines, batteries, accessories, etc. We have many large scale, fully assembled models on display that are sure to amaze even the youngest of modelers.
